How Our Training Levels Work
Level 1: Awareness 1.5 Hours
Target: Ancillary staff (housekeepers, kitchen team, maintenance, admin) who work in care environments but do not deliver direct care, plus brand-new care starters needing immediate baseline grounding.
3 sessions allowed per day
Level 2: Understanding 3 Hours
Target: Direct care staff (care assistants, support workers) generally with 1+ year of experience needing standard legislation, practical application, and care delivery skills.
2 sessions allowed per day
Level 3: Supervisory 6 Hours
Target: Senior care workers, team leaders, and supervisors responsible for competency reviews, monitoring care standards, and staff mentoring.
1 session allowed per day
Level 4: Management 6 Hours + Work
Target: Registered managers, champions, and care leaders overseeing policy development, CQC audit readiness, and organizational safety governance. Includes pre/post-course work.
1 session allowed per day

Healthcare Safety Manager

Levels 1 – 4
Executive leadership training in safety governance, risk management frameworks, policy drafting, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.
Compliance Standards: Aligned with Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, CQC Regulation 17 (Good governance), and Skills for Care Leadership Standards.
Key Impact: Strong safety governance is essential for achieving an Outstanding CQC rating. Equips leaders to establish robust safety cultures and manage CQC audits effectively.

Customer Service

Levels 1 – 4
Professional, empathetic, and respectful communication standards when interacting with families, prospective clients, visitors, social services, and regulators.
Compliance Standards: Aligned with CQC Caring and Well-Led Inspection Criteria and Skills for Care Workplace Values.
Key Impact: First impressions and clear communication build reputation and drive client occupancy. Excellence in customer service resolves concerns before they escalate to formal complaints.

Stress Awareness

Levels 1 – 4
Identifying workplace stress triggers, physiological signs of burnout, early coping mechanisms, peer support, and personal resilience.
Compliance Standards: Fully incorporates HSE Management Standards for Work-Related Stress and Care Certificate Wellbeing Guidelines.
Key Impact: Work-related stress, depression, or anxiety accounts for >50% of work-related ill-health cases. Early awareness protects staff mental health and lowers sickness absence.

Stress Management

Levels 1 – 4
Strategic management tools for senior leaders to conduct stress risk assessments, manage workload demands, build resilient teams, and maintain healthy workplaces.
Compliance Standards: Aligned with HSE Stress Management Competency Framework and CQC Well-Led Ratings.
Key Impact: Effective stress management reduces costly staff turnover, lowers agency recruitment fees, and creates a supportive environment that retains skilled care workers.
