1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are considered provisional until confirmed via email. By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms laid out on this page.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation fees are calculated based on the notice period provided:

• More than 14 days notice: No charge.
• 7-14 days notice: 50% of the agreed fee.
• Less than 7 days notice: 100% of the agreed fee.

3. Payment Terms

Invoices will be issued upon completion of training. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Certificates will be released upon receipt of full payment.

4. Venue Requirements

For face-to-face training, the client is responsible for providing a suitable training room with:

• Sufficient seating for all delegates.
• Access to power sockets.
• A blank wall or screen for projection (we provide the projector).
